dRAM LED light blinking red issue

I need severe help an issue ive encountered with dRAM as the red LED light blinks off and on and then shutting down the pc entirely except the green LED light for showing power is running.

Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute). Leave single RAM module installed and start the board. Test each RAM module.
