Hello fellow gamers. I was hoping to buy R9 270x and change to Intel-based motherboard. As you can see in my current build in my signature..

Anyway, since I now have work, I work from 9am, and log out at 7pm, arrives home about 11pm on weekdays, I'm giving up my future build (core i3, intel motherboard and r9 270x) because I will only have 2 days (saturday and Sunday) to play heavy games like battlefield 4, Call of Duty Ghosts and future games.

I will not play at 1080p resolution. 768p resolution is enough for me since my monitor is just 19.5inch.

I am on tight budget. I earn about $200 a month. But I can buy 1 part per month. I'm thinking of buying video card first.

QUESTIONS:

1. VIDEO CARDS:
Which should I buy: GTX 750 Ti vs R9 260x vs R9 265? I need cheap but with satisfying gaming experience. (WILL NOT NEED ULTRA HIGH VIDEO SETTINGS)

2. Should I still change from my AMD CPU and MOBO to Intel core i3 and intel MOBO?

Please say yes ONLY IF the difference between

FX 6300 + current Motherboard vs Intel Core i3 and any cheap intel-based motherboard

IS GREAT (If the performance differences between the two build is SIGNIFICANT)

3. PSU is check. I bought Seasonic 620W last January.

4. RAM? No idea on RAMs. :))

Thank you for your answers. Will check on your answers soon. I Appreciate them.

- for multitasking go with FX6300, for gaming go with i3 + H81 board, go for i5-4460 + H81 board if possible
- R7-260x / R7-265 is more than enough for 768p gaming
- 8GB 1600 MHz CAS latency 9 cheap ram will do

I don't really multi-task at home since I work at weekdays. So you prefer i3 and H81 board?

I saw Asus H81C and H81D being sold in a mall. Are those good?

I guess I could do intel, so I'll have chances on upgrading to i5 if I have time.

Asrock H81M - HDS / MSI H81M - P33 should be cheaper with same amount of features offered

hm, I didn't ask the price of H81M motherboard, how much do you think it is in USD??
Also, MSI H97 looks good with the design.. I can buy it. But I'm not so sure on the quality.

which model? MSI H97 - xxx? if you can buy it thn go for it, H97/Z97 can use a Broadwell, Devil's Canyon, Haswell Refresh, and Haswell CPU. Asrock H97 anniversary / H97 Pro 4 might be cheaper but it might not look as good

MSI h97 gaming 3 about USD 110 in our place. Does it have good quality?? The MSI h97?? No overall issues? I don't know any CPU brands other than Intel and and. But I'm targeting i3 4150 after I buy GPU and xpredator x1 case. My old case is over 2 yes old. Slow USB port

My case is only a generic one.
1. The steel frame that covers and protects the I/0 ports of my motherboard has been detached from the case there exist big hole in the casing, mouse may use it to enter the case. -.-
2. The casing`s front USB port is malfunctioning and the transfer rate is only kbps instead of Mbps.

Xpredator x1 looks monstrous for me haha that's the reason I chose it. Its design and the looks. You're welcome to suggest me any casing that looks like robot or looks like xpredator x1..
