ok tonight i decided too clean pc of all it dust and when i restarted they say too me 16gb installed 8gb useable soo i was like i did not intalled my ram proper soo i closed the comp remove the power and switched my ram as the 2 pair in each color channel then boot did not say again 16gb soo i re closed re changed my ram too same color channel then it say 12gb still not getting back my 16gb soo i can here read on couple threads too see if i could fix my prob soo i restarted comp when too check bios everything seem normal still same thin 12gb in bios and windows but wierd bios detect the 4 dimms / windows say 16gb installed / and cpu-z say 4 dimms installed too they not overclock / did not touch any voltage ether i am using http://www.gskill.com/en/product/f3-1600c9d-8gao on a sabertooth 990fx rev 2.0 gen 3 i had 16gb before just not after i clean it this time it seem it dosent want too come back i did the membutton / i did msconfig / my bios is up too date / i try 3 mhz level auto, 1600mhz, 1333mhz still same thing at 12 usesable for got too say using win 7 pro soo i kno it i can use it
