Hello, I have the Asus X79-DELUXE mobo. I'd like to use the AI Charger+ functionality. I have set it to Enable.
Is it possible to plug in a phone/tablet to a USB port and have only the charging power? I don't like the fact that Windows "sees" the device and loads its software or shows the content of the device plugged into the USB ports.
Is there a way or a specific USB port that is dedicated to only charging and when I plug in the phone it will only load it and windows doesn't recognize the device and show up popup windows or doesn't make the typical sound when a USB devices was plugged in?
