I am upgrading my pc from a intel core i5 cpu to amd anthlon x4 860k, my gpu is upgrading from intel hd graphics to Gefore gtx 750 and 4gb ddr3 ram. the motherboard is MSI MS-7613

No. You cannot install an AMD processor into an Intel Motherboard.

You need to upgrade your mobo to one that is capable of running the FM2 processor. They are not normally interchangeable. You can use your video card on either mobo but not your CPU.

No. That processor requires an AMD FM2+ motherboard.

I already said no. That AMD Athlon X4-860K requires an AMD FM2+ socketed motherboard. An FM1 motherboard will not work. As an alternative, you may want to look into the Intel Core I5 750/760 processors for your Intel Socket 1156 Motherboard. Where are you buying from?
