It needs shooting getting girlfriends and robbing banks but not grand theft auto I think it is too hard so what else?

You can get 2/3 of what you want from the payday games. The second one being better than the first. Games all about heisting, whether it be banks, cartels, or the works.

All and all, if you want specifically that, play GTA, any other game will require more skill.
