I was recently looking on CPU-Z and saw that my memory was only running at 800 Mhz which is strange since my ram is 1600 MHz. I double checked this in the windows task manager under performance and it also read 800 MHz. But when i went into the bios for my Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P motherboard it said i was running at 1600 MHz.
The ram i have is Kingston HyperX Fury (2x4)ram
Also the memory is running in dual channel mode
