Hi, I don't see the option within windows 8.1 to remove everything as well as the OS, only remove everything but the os?? I'm selling the ssd where the os is stored so I need to clear it. I have no plans to reinstall windows so I just want to remove everything from it!
Help...Plz :)
Cheers

Think about it: How can you "clear" OS from the OS itself !?

You can "delete" the SSD entirely (WIPE it clean like before you used it) by booting from Windows (7 or 8 doesn't matter) CD or USB stick and choose format and delete the partitions too. You'll LOOSE everything on it and process is not recoverable.
Or hook it into another computer and format in from Windows of the other computer.

You could download Ubuntu or some other Linux distribution (preferably something with Gparted), create a bootable USB thumb drive. Then boot from USB, and format the SSD to whatever format you need.
