I have a Dell OFXWHV Mobo with 2 RAM Slots.
Slot 1 - 2GB Single Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz, manufactured by Hyundai.
Now, im planning to buy a 4GB Dual Channel RAM stick.
Its DDR3 @ 1333MHz.

I think it will work but gotta confirm before buying. Also, i read somewhere that i should put the 4GB ram stick in slot 1? Is that true? Thanks!!

Honestly I really wouldn't recommend doing this as the timings, voltages and speed are all off. Upgrading to the 4GB dual channel stick will give you a performance increase already and leaves the option to add another stick at some later point.

No way of telling, any time you mix DRAM from different packages, it's a crapshoot - they might play they might not - bad thing using a prebuilt as a base is they normally have locked BIOSs that don't allow for voltage/timing changes that can often be used to help DRAM play nice
