Hello! Recently,one of my RAM sticks died and I had to run in the past days only with one 256 MB stick...I have a 512 MB stick,but after adding it,the PC goes to BIOS,but there it stops,because it`s not reading whatever it has to (well,I mean the components inside,it`s not showing name of parts and basically,it`s not reading them)...My PC is pretty antique,a AMD Athlom 64 3000+ ,original parts (but dont know their names,sorry)...I tried switching slots,I made sure the stick is good...First time I added it,both original RAM sticks were working,and I added this one too,PC loaded,it said it can read the stick and that it`s ready to use..But after I opened Chrome,it crashed and pc restarted,not booting but only doing a weird sound (a continuous beep)...Anyone can give me solutions?

Might be they aren't both compatible with the mobo or simply the sticks don't want to play together (which happens all the time)
