Is gtx 650 ti boost good graphics card?

I have gtx 650ti boost 2gb graphics card from zotac. earlier all games ran at ultra at 60 fps as i game on 1366x768 resolution, but current generation games wont run so smooth at ultra like far cry 4, shadow of mordor, etc.overclocking helps?

Well, that resolution is CPU dependent. Some games will always lag due optimization issues as well.

but some games do lag at even 1366x768 can you tell me why?
