Best recording software? Other than Fraps/MSI

Hi, I'm looking for a good recording software, it doesn't have to be free. The requirements I need are; It being dependable on the GPU not CPU, so minimal lag, needs to record voice aswell as skype calls and in game sounds, unlike MSI which records the mic audio but the game audio is barely heard. That is all I think. Card is a r9 270x so nvida shadowplay is out. Thanks in advance.

But considering I do 3hr+ game sessions with only a 500gb HDD, fraps just isn't the best option. I also used AMD's gaming evolved, but even though I set the game to record HD, it was barely saved as 240p

The file size for that is similar to fraps, 5 minute footage is 30GB, whereas on MSI, 3 and a half hour footage is 80GB, and the quality is still the same, but MSI doesn't record both gameplay and mic audio well.

EDIT: It also doesn't allow me to record gameplay and mic audio simultaneously

I've got a 39min 1080P 30FPS video clocked in at only 1.79 GBs. (30fps recording becaues until recently youtube and twitch didn't let you display any higher FPS so there was no reason to record/stream higher.)
