lag in gaming. pls help

i have
*intel(R) pentium (R) Dual cpu E2140 @ 1.6ghz
*2gb RAM
*1gb geforce 210
*directX 9
i experience terrible fps lag even in bluestacks (clash of clans)
help pls? what should i change? is it the processor or videocard or what? thanks :)

Android / internet games should work but I'm not sure how demanding blue stacks is. It's quite possible that your OS is eating up way too much RAM, many phones have 2 GB of RAM and don't have to run Windows in the background. If possible, try adding more RAM to fix this issue.
