Loud as in sound or is that another term? I'll probably get a aftermarket cooler later on but how long should I be good for with the fan that comes with it?

The main advantage of a good aftermarket cooler for a stock CPU is that the fans are typically larger and run slower for a similar amount of air movement. Stock coolers typically rely on very high fan speeds when the CPU are fully loaded. Thus, an aftermarket cooler will be quieter with the same amount of cooling. Or, at the same noise level, the aftermarket cooler will keep the CPU cooler. Or some combination of a little bit of both.

If you aren't heavily loading the CPU, it might not even matter. Even if you are, it's certainly something you can update at some later time down the road. The stock cooler will definitely work and protect the CPU (at stock clock speeds) from overheating.
