hello,
The title is pretty clear. Am i missing something? I wanted to try overclocking but all the guides on the internet have a "fully manual mode" setting, that allows them to change their voltages, in the bios, something that is missing. However, i have this setting instead. Is it the same thing? Till now i was afraid to overclock and i'm pretty nervous. Sorry for my english. Asus z87m-plus, updated bios to the latest version

You should be able to change everything you need to in your bios. Launch bios and go to something called oc tweaker or something similar to that.

Don't ever touch the voltage unless you need to though. There are plenty of guides on this website that can teach you. Read the sticky threads and you'll be all set to go.

I did. I thought everything trough but i can't change the voltage! I've seen tons of guides and threads but there is no "all manual" setting. In every video and guide there was one and they just entered the numbers. At the bios - cpu voltage, I select "manual mode" but i can't do anything else, as you said "You should be able to change everything you need to in your bios" ,but i can't. There is just this setting called "cpu voltage override". Is this where i enter the voltage?

Thank you for your response, however i found what i was looking for in a video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PgNU4YvS8oU. Everything looked great until....i applied settings and reset. Something went wrong ( as always) and a error appeared: "Your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart, we will collect info...or sth". So it rebooted but the message poped up again. I changed back my ram settings in the bios but nothing changed-still shows up. I changed everything back ( cpu ratio, voltage and cache max ration AND set Fast Boot-enabled, i disable it because a guide said it would make the boot and system more stable or sth) and everything went well-no error. How ever i saw this thread on the forums and the answer said to run in the Admin command prompt : sfc scannow, so i did. It found corrupt files BUT this showed up in the command prompt: "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Detailes were included in CBS.Log windir/logs/CBS/CBS.log. For example C:/Windows/CBS/CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not supported in offline servicing scenarios."
What do i do??!?

I'm sorry if it seems selfish of me to find my answers myself - about the corrupt files, follow this thread if you have this problem: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2135979/windows8-whea-uncorrectable-error.html BUT i also found out that unstable overclock can corrupt files so what did i do wrong?
intel core i5 4670k- asus z87m-plus....
-Ai overclock tuning manual
-Cpu ratio 40 - sync all cores
-cpu voltage - manual- 1.130v
-Max cache ratio 38
-DRAM- 1600
-DRAM voltage - 1.5000 as defalt
-Misc: FAst boot disable
-Ram timings 9 9 9 24 1 - as defalt
Also the distance to Tj Max go t to 60-62 ( before 40), after stress testing with everything to normal again 3.4ghz - 38-40, but the temps got from 60 to 65 - Real temp and Aida 64. Stress test 2 : 3.6ghz - 60 degrees.

You probably turned your overclock too high. Whenever you do that and you don't provide enough voltage it'll give you the blue screen error.

As for corrupt files you're fine. As far as I know it has never damaged any files on my computer. Just be sure to increase your overclock by increments. Don't add too much at once otherwise you'll encounter errors all the time.

The turbo boost is 3.8ghz, i'm going for 4ghz. Is it too much? So, should I increase the voltages? I thought 200mhz won't be a problem, because i wanted, later on, to go for 4,1ghz.
