Basicly i bought recently new Graphics card and PSU to power it , since i wasn't sure my last PSU will run my new card smoothly.

On the day when i got my new PSU and GPU i reinstalled my Win7, so there wouldn't be problems with my old graphics card drivers + had a lot of crap on my hdd. Now when i try to play Dota 2 or War thunder before game loads in to lobby ,(not always) i get blue screen of death + auto restart so i don't rly know what couses it , i have turned off auto restart so i can see the message next time. Also tryed to see error logs , but all i could understand was:

0000000041: 2015-03-01 19:11:44:277 FAILED: ADL.ADL.ADL_DFP_AllowOnlyCETimings_Get Error Called by: ATI.ACE.CLI.Aspect.DeviceDFP.Graphics.Runtime.RT_DeviceDFP::NotifyeeValueUpdated processID:03888 threadID:(16 ) domainName:(CCC.exe ) assemblyName:(CLI.Aspect.DeviceDFP.Graphics.Runtime, Version=4.5.5437.38428, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have surfed the internet , and most common problem is driver , but i have the newest driver already , i will probably try and downgrade, first i will have to find earlier driver.

I want to point out, that it doesn't happen all the time , for example i can play dota 2 with no problem for like 2-3 h , then after some break , i launch game , it freezes and then drops blue screen , same with War Thunder , played it yesterday , had no problems , but now launched it and Blue screen. Other games yet haven't showed me blue screen yet. I doubt its PSU , i have enough power to support it with the bronze 80+ standart from 700W

So i hope you guys , can help me out , ether by knowing what could be the problem exactly , Is it bad drivers , bad graphics card , somehow not enough power , or smth. If there are more logs needed i can try and provide

Things i have checkd.

x) GPU temperature is 63°C when gaming.
x) Uninstalled Windows to remove old nvidia drivers

My specs:

CPU: i5 3450 3.10Ghz
Motherboard: MSI B75MA-E33
RAM: 8gb (1333MHz Kingston)
Hdd: 1Tb no ssd

New GPU: SAPPHIRE AMD/ATI RADEON R9 280 3GB GDDR5 PCIE

New PSU: Enermax ATX 2.31 LEPA B 80+ 700W B700-MB

p.s im am running double monitor , with different resolutions . (using HDMI and VGA cables) 1920x1080 and 1366x768 rez

This might not be revelant to your situation, but I upgraded GPU and Power supply and was getting blue screens, I also had 8GB ram at 1333MHz just like you. I upgraded my ram to 16GB 2400MHz and I havent had one blue screen yet, Im not telling you to buy new ram thats your decision but that was my situation which was similar to yours.

hmm , thanks man il look in to it.

edit: I have reinstalled older driver ,and uninstalled some features that i didn't think i will need from catalyst package. About the RAM maybe if i don't get any other opinions, i might switch to 1600 Mhz 12GB when i will have some money.
