I'm looking to build a gaming computer(desktop) soon that will handle Arma 2 and Arma 3 on High settings at stable frame-rates(40fps+). Here are the specs, will this work? Windows 7 64 bit, 8 gb Corsair ram, Geforce gtx 680, Intel core i5 3570k quad, and I'm not sure what motherboard, case and PSU I would like to get for it. Which motherboard and PSU(I prefer Corsair brand psu's) should I get for this kind of hardware? Will this PC run arma 2 and 3 at high settings at 40+ frames per second? Also, could I get all this(including the PSU, motherboard and case) at around $800? Thanks.

Mobo - look at the Rocks Z77 Extreme 4 great mobo, for PSU, Corsair is pretty much fine but would stay away from the CX entry level PSUs (weak caps) and will want at least a 550 with 38 AMPs on the 12 volt rail
