I'm building a new gaming machine soon and am wondering which of these CPUs will be best for me. MicroCenter has the 4590 for $159 and the 4690k for $199. Is it worth the extra $40 for the 4690k? I'm not planning on overclocking, so I don't care that it's the k version, but is there much or a performance difference between the two? I will mostly be playing ARMA 3, and I know that is a CPU game.
