I don't like any of the computers that have been posted here. Building your own PC is totally idiot-proof these days. It is very, very easy to do. If you have a device with facetime or skype I'd be willing to walk you through the process as you go along. Otherwise, there are numerous how-to videos online that describe the process.
If you build your own you will get EXACTLY what you need. If you are too afraid to build your own after hearing that, buy the $699 ibuypower PC from Silverbear's link, but I think you can do better for $700.
Here's an example:

That's $593 for a computer that SMOKES the $700 iBuypower system. Significantly better CPU, significantly better GPU, better quality power supply, better quality case. You even have room to add an SSD for smoking fast boot times and you can still keep it under $700.
The value you get out of buying your own computer is spectacular. And you still have a warranty if you have a problem. All the parts you buy will come with a manufacturer warranty and they will be replaced by the manufacturer if they are defective within the warranty period.
Here's a great video showing you how to build the computer. All you need is a magnetized phillips head screwdriver. All the screws you need come with the case.

If you're in the Greater Toronto Area I'll assemble it for you for a minor fee. It'll still come out worlds cheaper and be a much higher value than it would be to order a prebuilt.
If you are not in the Greater Toronto Area, make a post asking if anybody is in your area and if they'd like to build it for you for $40-50. It's not a complex job and an experienced builder can build a computer in 20 minutes.
