I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop that my step mother gave me. It had windows vista on it, but she had it upgraded to windows 7. When they installed this, they must not have put an administrator, and there is only one user and it is a standard user. Now, if I try to install anything, it asks for a RA Media Password. I talked to my step mother and she had no idea what the password could be. Could you please help me.
