When I overclock Windows Aero Theme turns off. Why?

I'm trying to overclock my FX-6300 from 4.0Ghz to 4.2Ghz. I'm new to overclocking. I have currently:
CPU Speed at 4200 MHz
CPU Frequency at 200MHz
CPU Freq Multiplier at 21
HT Bus Speed 2000MHz
NB Speed at 2200MHz
and CPU Voltage at 1.3625V

I do not believe that it's because of GPU since I have GTX-970 STRIX. I think that it should be able to deal with Windows' requirements.

I do overclock through BIOS and and check heat and other stuff through AsRock AXTU. I do not use AMD OVerdrive though.

Probably because your system doesn't doesn't have the power and resources to run Aero properly when over clocked and Windows made a decision to turn Aero off. Aero isn't included in W 10 for a reason. Turn your over clock down if ya want to have Aero running.
