For two hundred I would say not to, as you can cool your CPU only for $100 with a Corsair h100i, and not worry about overclocking unless you want 5+ GHz If you want to cool your GPU, I would say hold off, as it is much more price effective to build a whole loop for multiple GPUs, instead of a single one, that will either cost a lot up front or require total replacement down the road. all in all, just spend that extra hundred after you buy the corsair h100i or other dual 120/140mm AIO and buy a better CPU or GPU or more RAM etc.
