Home Built System , Crashes when playing games mostly looking for some help

Basically ive had this PC for a while now and everytime i load it up it crashes , by crashes i mean the pc just freezes and i cant move mouse , no blue screen or anything just freezes dead , I would like some advice on how to troubleshoot this , of course i can provide any information you guys need i appreciate any help i can get .

EDITED: (removed request for system specs that you provided just before I posted)

Without specs it could be a ram issue, cpu issue, power supply issue, windows issue, etc.

Also before it crashes can you go into task manager and see what your CPU and Memory usage is.

What shall i do go play a game normally and just watch the usages ?

You did not specify that it happened while playing games, you said when you load it up (like after booting into windows). So does the freeze only happen when gaming or anytime?

Basically it usually only hapens when i first boot the comp up , let it load for a bit put a game on then freeze after a few times of it freeezing it stops , almost like it needs to warm up or somthing
