The difference is in FEATURES, such as number of PCI-e slots and RAM slots and FORM FACTOR ATX, micro ATX etc.

Judging by your build, you probably just want a cheaper model. Maybe make sure you get one with 4 RAM slots.

There is no reason to limit your upgradeability with a mATX board if you don't need to.

Asrock has info on their website for every one of those boards, that is where we would go to check compatibility.

There is no fitment issues with a GPU and a motherboard. The motherboard has the slot which is completely backwards compatible so even if the board is 2.0 and the card is 3.0 it will all still work. The case determines if the card will fit or not, and different brands of the same card are longer or shorter so you would need to decide on the specific card and case to check fitment.

As far as motherboard, what do you want? What slots, features do you need/think you will use in the future?
You could also give us your budget and we could make a complete recommendation for you.

Thanks man. My budget is oround 650 eurs so obout 600 dollars.
I would want to have intel Core i5 4460 and AMD Radeon R9 270X and 8 gigs of ram. The rest is up to you. I wont be overlocking so H97 is ok, i just dont know what model to pick and the case and power suply for it. I dont need win.
