I bought a new HP 2 weeks ago. now the computer is telling me I have threats, and to call a #, I called the #, its Norton, and they want 200.00 for security on my brand new lap top.I cant use the thing now.
Exactly, they are not Norton, the program is malware and the people on the phone is saying they are Norton.
Download and run malwarebytes and it should clear out your infections
