Looks good. Personally I'd drop to 8gb of ram and use that extra money to add an ssd.

The build looks good. My only suggestion is to get an SSD for your OS and frequently used applications. A build that nice really deserves an SSD.

Why spend over $400 on a 970? Just curious really. Plenty of quality cards out there in the $330 - $350 range. Put the savings towards an SSD.
