Hello!

Specs:
Processor:I7 4790k
GPU: 2x Asus GTX 760 2gb (SLI)
Ram: 16Gb DDR3 Corsair Vengeance

So I use to have an I5 3570 and 1 gtx 760. Ghosts never let me use more than 1 bot in private match. I upgraded last week and 3 days ago ghosts was letting me have up to 19 bots. Today it is back down to only letting me have 1. Activision originally labelled it as my CPU is too slow. What could be the reasoning now?

it's simple that game is shit optimized, i have a i5 4690k and a 980 and still lags badly on max settings 1080p not worth the hassle trying to make it run great
it even worked better when i had a amd a8 5600k and a 750 ti makes no sense

And Activision is stupid that is one of the best cpus in the market they try to put blame on hardware even though is infinity wards fault for shit optimizations

The game runs well with 4790k 4.6 OC + 980 strix

Sorry for the delay. Graphics wise I never drop below 60FPS with everything on max. online works fine, squads works fine. I literally just cant run bots in private match. I did at one point have a few games with 19bots then the next day none. No hardware changes occurred in that time so my 2 GTX 760 2Gb's should be fine. Activision this time labelled my Bandwidth as being too low to run multiple bots and I would find that bots wont work on any other cod either. I bought Advanced warfare the other day. Works fine, max bots, max graphics day in day out any time of day. Settle with Just ghosts being a watchdog style optimize?

I haven't played COD Ghosts for a long time, If Activision is saying it's a bandwidth issue, I suggest you take your PC to a friends has that has faster internet and see if that works. If that doesn't work let me know.

I honestly never played bots on Ghosts, at least in private matches since squads features bots too, but yes, it's one hell of a bad product. Had an absurd amount of issues at launch and kept having some down the road. AW has its quirks too, mainly in memory management and levolution or big maps (Defender, Instinct, Recovery, Zombies), but is pretty much better in any possible way (except for the usual lack of dedicated servers).

Besides that, it could be a network issue only in the case of a private match with remote players. A lan party shouldn't have any unless you configured something the wrong way. If it happens at your friend's place too, although, it might indeed be the game itself.

72 mbit should be more than enough, when I have some extra time I will install ghosts and test it out.
I remember the bot mode being a bit buggy when I was playing with an i5 & 780 ti however.
The i7 980 combination is much better for COD GHOST MP but I didn't try bot mode with this config

Any luck on getting bots to work with your combo yet? As for what was said above too. I'm not spending £200 extra to upgrade to 2 gtx 760 4gb's just for the sake of one game :p

Makes it sound so simple. It won't let me have more than 1 bot in total. it wont let me have more than 2 players in the private match. online works, squads works but private match bots dont. They worked for a day or two after I SLI'ed and now they dont work again. I have 0 friendly bots, 1 enemy bot. No matter what combo you do it in I only have 1 bot and then myself.

You can try to re install the game...
