how do I get out of safe mode in windows 8.1 just have blue screen with on off

I put my pc in safe mode windows 8.1
Now all I get is blue screen with on/ off in the bottom right and narrator in the bottom left. How do I get back to normal

if reboot doesnt work then try clicking windows key+r to open run window and type msconfig
go to boot and uncheck safe boot. apply and restart
