I bought a Asus Radeon R9 290, and found out my motherboard isn't good enough. It keeps rebooting randomly, and have replaced almost everything. I have a 1000w PSU, 250gb Samsung 840 evo SSD, the graphics card, and 16gb of ram. So now I'm looking for a good motherboard. I have around $130-$160. I'm not sure of the CPU, but that's next to be replaced in a few months.
My question is, what would be the best motherboard for my setup?

Solution
Well it may not be your MOBO that causes problem as far as i think it could be your PSU or high temps of your GPU & CPU.
1. Check whether your graphics driver is up to date. 2. Check whether your bios is up to date. 3. Make sure your PSU is in good condition. Some times PSU over voltages certain peripheral in a PC which leads to crashes, freezing or unexpected restarting or shutdown of a PC. here is a link which may help you, http://www.wikihow.com/Check-a-Power-Supply 4. Try changing the thermal compound of both CPU and the GPU. If you don't know how to do it head over to your local PC repair store they will do it for you or if you want to do it on your own I recommend you visit these 2 links to get an idea.

It's not the PSU. I just got a new 1000W Capstone put in it. I'm going to replace the motherboard, and GPU anyways. I'm not home, so I can't tell you what they are. The computer was bought at best buy about 4 years ago. I want it to be a great gaming PC.
