Will the Cooler Master EVO 212 fit my Rosewill CHALLENGER case with 2 120MM fans on the side panel?

I am buying a new heat ink for my CPU and i want the Cooler Master EVO 212 but i am afraid it will not fit due to my Rosewill challenger case and 2x120mm Corsair Blue LED fans on the side panel :( My PC specs are in the description.

Well i would buy a water cooler before i wasted $120 on a mere fan atached to a Heatsink, i mean i think it is a was to spend more than $50 over an Air cooled heat sink for a CPU. Is there any good onese under $50?

Ok i bought it for $40 brand new :) Do you think its a good product for my i5-4690 stock? Like do you think its better than my intel Stock cooler? That link you sent me said it was pretty good.

Ok good haha. The reason i bought the ugly looking ROSEWILL challenger is because it is strong built and looks ugly so that means that even though i have pricy internals if someone breaks into my house i have less chances of them stealing a dull, ugly looking PC lol. I also have 1 120MM Static pressure fan on the front of my PC, High airflow 120MM on the side panel, and one more for the rear exhaust than i have 1 140MM on the top for exhaust. Do i have the right fan set up like dont i need the Static pressure one in the front fue to the HDD cage and such?

Yes i know and you said (A good case can have 2 fans in the front. You can't do any better with that case.) I know a case can have 2 fans in the front, i know that but i was asking did i put the Static pressure fans and high performance fans in the right place. For example, doesn't the Static Pressure fan go in the front?
