You are in OK shape. My thoughts are below.

MB - The Gigabyte below offers the same features as a lower cost.
MEM - High voltage on standard modules. ..and expensive. Changed to "standard" modules.
GPU - The R7 260x offers more power as a lesser cost.
CASE - Check out the 300R. It is a much nicer case.
PSU - Changed to a 550w. It is plenty of power for what you are after.
