I get like 110-200 fps in dm cs:go for like 30 seconds,then I get 10 seconds drop to 50 fps,then back to 110+. I have a Asus gtx 760,asus m5a78lm usb3 mobo ,zalman zm600-lx psu and zalman cnps5x performa cooler

Solution
The csgo is the cpu intensive game. When you use the fx8320/asus m5a78lm usb3 and the 92mm cooler for the fx8320, and you have the overheat problem either from the cpu or the MB VRMs section.
When you disable the two cores, the cpu temp is low to 66C, that means the cooler is not good too. What is the fps? lower than 50fps? So you need upgrade the MB and the cpu cooler too. But I recommend you may try upgrade the cooler first like http://www.zalman.com/images/productinfo/CNPS8900E_01.jpg because it is the top-down blowing design, it can cool the CPU and its surrounding components. And the one you had can only cool the cpu only. And if it does not work out, then upgrade the MB to GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P.
It maybe the overheat, because 1) the cooler is 92mm size.2) the MB has only 4+1 power phase, it is not good for the fx8 series cpu.
Using the hwmonitor to check the temp. http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
Also try disable the cores in the BIOS, run the game to see you have the same problem or not.
If you don't have problem after disable the cores, and the temp is OK. That means the MB has problem for the fx8320, you can buy the custom heatsink http://www.frozencpu.com/products/7190/vid-105/Enzotech... to cool them down or get other MB, like GA-970A-UD3P, or Asus M5A97 R2.0

Disable the cores in BIOS?

Get the manual http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A78LMUSB3/HelpDesk_Manual/
Go the the 2-10 page.
In the BIOS, under "advanced" setting, you will see the "cpu configuration", from there you can disable the cores, maybe try disable two or three, something like that, most of games do not use more than 4 cores.

Why would disabling the cores would make it better?

Less cores working means less heat produced.

It also will allow it to become a full 4 core with each core having its own resources. Will perform less than desirable in multi tasking compared to before, but in games like CS GO where ipc matters, disabling to 4 cores allows higher clocks=higher fps.

Oh,thank you :)

Now with only 4 cores,I get 100+ constantly from what I can see,but the max temp is around 66-68 C

You have a cooling problem. The CPU is being throttled (clocked down to 1.4 GHz) to avoid overheating. When you disabled the cores, less heat is produced. Chances are that your cooler is not properly installed. Even with the stock cooler, it shouldn't be giving you so many overheating issues.

I had the cooler installed at the service from the showroom where I had my computer built.,so that should not be a problem, unless they are utter morons :D.

This is your problem. That motherboard can't handle the current that 8 core cpu needs. The phase power is 4+1. A good board for the 6 and 8 core cpu's has 8+2 phase power Your board does not even have heatsinks over the mosfets either. So in a nutshell it is your motherboard that is overheating. It then throttles the cpu to basically keep from failing. When the board cools off a bit it stops throttling. The board then gets too hot again when the cpu has a heavy load and needs lots of voltage. A good board for an FX cpu costs about $120. You r board costs about $49 and is sometimes given away in bundles. Disabling four cores or two modules cuts the demands on the motherboard.

Thank you very much! Everything is crystal clear now.

The temperature is a bit high for the CPU, try re-seating the cooler and use a very fine layer of thermal paste.

I run an 8320E overclocked to 4ghz with a 3+1 motherboard, but the cpu is at 1.250v and I have an Antec spot cooler fan pointed at the VRMs and socket so it doesn't throttle.

A short term solution would be to undervolt your CPU to reduce temperatures.
