Picked this out from local shop. Total 780$ CDN. First build. Feedback?

Would like to upgrade ram ASAP. Just have a budget right now. Any suggestions or feedback? Thanks. (Very new to this)

It is not a very good build for the price. I would suggest using other thread's here, featuring lots of advice for builds in your budget to get some inspiration.

Also this is an ok starting point, however I would avoid a dual core chip and go for quad core. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-budget-gaming-pc,4065.html

Then go to pc part picker and put together something you are comfortable with.

The build you list is not recommendable at that budget.

Yeah I really like that build and agree with your quad core suggestion. Would that be somewhat upgradeable in the near future or am I just getting a now system?
