i know i don't have the greatest pc on the planet but i like to think its decent but i feel like it runs most games slower than it should, not very demanding games, like world of warcraft or diablo iii on their lower settings

my specs include
AMD FX(tm)-8320 (3.5ghz 8-core processor)
GeForce GTX 760 2gb video card
12gbs of ram
Windows 7 64-bit

You should be playing on at least high with that set up.

Have you the latest graphics drivers installed?
Does the fps drop after a while of playing or instantly?
What FPS are you getting in game?
If you raise your graphic settings does your FPS lower or stay the same?

yes i installed the latest one

in WoW it drops depending if im doing dungeons or raids, but its a dramatic drop, in diablo its just 30 fps on low settings regardless, it gets choppy with big groups of mobs

if im standing still, in an empty area, and alone ill get 60 fps on high, if im in a dungeon/raid it drops to about 15, 30ish if i lower settings to minimum

it does vary depending on the graphics settings

Are you running the game in full screen mode and not windowed? Did you reset your nvidia graphics settings so they aren't set to highest quality setting? Cause it will force the higher video quality on your games if you left it there. Do you have MSI afterburner or similar program with settings that force a down clock over stock settings?

If you look in your wow settings and set everything to medium or whatever, did you change the anti aliasing option to something high? AA really takes a hit on fps.
