windows 7 home premium application error

my computer is weird I've only one profile on it its a desktop computer windows 7 premium edition I've tried everything OK the problem is when I log into my profile it says application error werfault.exe application error the instruction at 0x77b2b20d referenced memory at 0x002db8a4. The memory could not be read. it says to press OK and I do the thing pops up again and I hit OK all the while the background is black so when I hit OK the second time the screen goes blank is there a way to fix this please help.

Try the steps listed at the following link. If that doesn't work, boot into safe mode by pressing F8 from the time you press the power button until you see the advanced boot menu options and then select safe mode with networking. Try updating any drivers that are remarked in the device manager section of control panel. It could well be a driver issue related to a windows update or it could also be a hardware failure.
