Another Kijiji computer. Trying to talk him into around 800$ (640$ USD)

I was wondering if it is worth it if i upgrade the graphics card later. Is everything else upgradable as well? It also comes with monitor, OS, keyboard and mouse. Is it a good starting point or no? Thanks in advance

Hello,

The starting price is high, that system is not worth more than 500-550 USD (also, you should buy another OS, because the license is not transferable). Plus, there is no info about the PSU, the motherboard' model or the model of the monitor.

Also, while the CPU is only 2-years old (2012), the GPU is quite old (it was released in 2010, so it could have over 4 years of hard work).
