NZXT Phantom 410 cooling fans

Well, this is my first build and i need some help.
What fans should i buy for NZXT Phantom 410?
Here's my build:
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16 GB 1600 mhz
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 980 4GB GAMING 4G
CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K
Motherboard: MSI Z97 GAMING 5
Monitor: Asus VG248QE
Processor Cooling: Noctua NH-D14
OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1 64-bit
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB
HDD: WD Black SATA 6 Gb/s WD2002FAEX, 2TB
Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014
I have no power supply, if you woulb be so kind recommend me one to

Feel free to suggest to replace components.

None. The stock fans on the 410 are quiet enough and move enough air. No need to replace them unless you have money burning a hole in your pocket. If that is the case, look toward the Noctua lineup.

For a power supply look first toward XFX or Seasonic, then Antec or EVGA if the first two aren't available. 550w for a single GPU. 750w for dual GPUs.

You cannot use an i7 5820k with a z97 motherboard, it requires socket 2011-v3, x99 motherboard, and ddr4 RAM.

Knock your processor back to the i7 4790k or i5 4690k to work with your selected socket 1150 motherboard.

Oh wow, I didn't see that. Yes, you need to get an LGA1150 chip if you want to use the Z97 board, like a 4790K or 4770K. There will be very little performance difference, and actually, Haswell is sometimes better for gaming.

Shouldn't i go with the Noctua NH-D14 instead of Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO for CPU cooling, or not?

The Noctua is a great cooler, but is more than twice the price of the cooler master. If you can afford it, go for it.
