Hello everyone, I'm currently planning to build myself a PC.

CPU : Intel Core i5-4690K
FAN: CM Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC MATE LGA 1150
GPU : Gigabyte GTX 970
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1 TB
CASE: Cooler Master HAF 912
Disk drive: Samsung 24x SATA
PSU: XFX Core Edition PRO550W

Here are my questions (I'm a beginner so please be kind with me):
-Is this build good?
-How many years will I be able to play on ultra settings at 1080 p/ 60 + fps, and when will I have to upgrade?
-Should I spend more to get an SSD to install windows and my programs on?
-Should I rather get a 850W PSU? Since it's cheaper than buying the 550 w and this one later
-Will I be able to overclock my CPU, GPU and RAM without damaging my parts with only one fan or should I buy another one?
-Will I be able to add another 8 GB of RAM in the future?

Thank you.

Well if you thinking GTX 970 SLI then yes I would get a higher...
You can probably play 1080p ultra 60fps for maybe 2 years at least.
SSD is optional. It is nice to have but not necessary if you keeping to your budget.

What 850W psu are you referring to?

Yes you can overclock your cpu. All overclocking comes with a risk. As long you do it safely, you won't be damaging your parts.
You can add any amount of ram as long you got the slots available on your motherboard.

Thank you for your answer.

I'm actually planning to get that power supply, which is basially the same one as the 550 W but 850W

And if I add another fan, will It prevent damaging my parts if I overclock?

Well if you thinking GTX 970 SLI then yes I would get a higher wattage psu.
You could get a semi/full modular psu at that pricing.
But I would choose these psu:

Do you mean a fan on the cpu cooler?
It helps to reduce chance of damage. As long you overclock safely, you won't damage your parts. You can add another fan if you want but it mostly to help cooling performance.
