cpu usage spike when opening task manager is completely normal

and a pc can work around the clock assuming heat is kept in check. i never shut mine off. =P

For a sandy i3 that is a little warm.
Could be that you need to dust pc, could be the fan is starting to loose ability to cool.
Could also be though that something on computer is using a ton of cpu resources. You should expect high 50s low 60s under a heavy load. Check task manager to see what cpu usage is.

I restarted my pc now hwmonitor is showing 40c,.
i opened up task manager initially it shows near to 90% but after a second it drops below 10%.
I have only one fan above my processor should I install one more?
Also how many days can my pc work continously?
