Best Graphics card which doesn't need a power connector

So I have recently been wanting to upgrade my NVIDIA GT 640 to something much higher so i looked inside my PC to see what power connectors i have going into my GPU and their wasn't any connectors so i have come on here to see what the best GPU is which doesn't need a power connector.

SPECS
GPU: NVIDIA GT 640
CPU: AMD ATHLON X4

The 750 Ti is the best GPU without a power connector, Tom's own best GPU list even selects it.

You probably should get a new PSU though, if it doesn't have PCI-e connectors.

Would the 750ti and AMD ATHLON X4 860k play games such as GTA V at a good FPS

Depends on the game, but not likely if it's fairly high budget and you keep the graphics up. Many games are going to be CPU locked even at low graphics, and AMD has had a rough time getting proper support for their CPUs in game code.

The 750Ti is fairly ok, but by no means high end. It's about 1/3 of a GTX 980.
