Trying to figure out the best option

I'm currently with a big problem, since my MoBo died and I probably won't be able to use its warranty.

So, here's the deal:
My computer set-up is, almost, 3 years old.

I have a DZ77BH-55K + 4x4GB Hyper-Furies DDR3 1333MHz (purchased in 2012) and a 3rd Generation i5 3570K + EVGA GTX 660Ti (purchased in 2013).

Both my MoBo and my VGA died last week.

With the first one, I think I've scewed up with my RMA, since, during the packing I've tainted the socket, which, from where I stand is going to impaire Intel of giving me a "new" one.

I was, able, though, to send my VGA card to the RMA address, which means that I'll be receiving a new one in 2~3 weeks.

Now, here comes the catch: I live in Brazil, so, everything that's related to computers are extremely expensive, the silver lining is that I'm going to the States in 4 weeks.

Due to my screw up with the packing of my MoBo, I've started looking for a new one, so I could have decided which type I'd choose if necessary.

The down side is that, right now, 1 dollars costs approximately 3,00 BRL, which means that, either way, I'd end up paying a lot of money on a new set-up.

I don't really use my PC for work, most of the times I use it for work (I'm a lawyer); for social media in general; and, on my free time, I watch Blu-rays and TV shows.

I have 6 Internal HDs (1 SSD and 5 HDs) and 4 USB 3.0 External Drives.

These are the options that I think would work for me: http://amzn.com/w/2MDQVE8EORYIK

Could you guys help me out what is the best option for me?

Solution
Like you said the cpu (i5 3570K lga1155) is 3rd Gen cpu, you can't use the Z97 MB ( lga1150) for it, except you buy other cpu like i5 4670K or 4690K. If you still use the i5 3570K you need the z77 MB.

But that's exactly my point: what is the best option? To maintain my CPU and just buy a new MB with the Z77 or to buy a new CPU and MB compatible with the LGA1150?
