Razer Microphone audio problems

So I just bought the razer kraken pro's and the microphone will work but all it's picking up is my breathing. When i talk into it it doesn't work and it's just all around ridiculous I'm frustrated I paid $80 specifically because i wanted a nice sounding headset for pc gaming with a mic and I get this piece of shit that the mic doesn't work... Can anyone help? I was going to contact razor but they only have a phone number on there and I don't want to sit on hold with customer support and I'd prefer just to email whoever but they don't have a customer support email... SO help anyone? Thanks

Put a windscreen on it. It's pretty sensitive too so you could try lowering the volume/ sensitivity.

You could also try putting the microphone right along your jaw line so it's below your mouth but not directly under your nose.
