i would like to ask what is the proper way to plug either all 8-pin or just 4-pin to cpu power socket on the mobo, because there is an 8-pin socket but half of it which is 4, was closed but might be open (plug type).
and does it have something to do with the sound like plastic sheet flapping fan that came out of my PSU??
