Help me find CPU Cooler and PSU for my new SYSTEM

Hi, all i'm going buy a new PC for me with these configuration. But unable to decide appropriate power supply please help me to find out.

Monitor - Dell 19" inch e1914S LED Backlit
Keyboard - Cooler Master Devastrator Keyboard Combo
Cabinet - CoolerMaster N300 ATX Mid Tower
CPU - Intel i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad Core
Board - MSI B85-G41 Military Class IV ATX
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 1600MHz x4
GPU - MSI TWIN FROZR GTX 750Ti 2GB GDDR5 OC
SSD - Kingston 128GB 6.0gb/s
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1 TB
DVD - HP DVD-RW

but PSU - ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? WATT
Please help me find out appropriate PSU for these config.
Also tell me that is my CPU required liquid cooling or not.

2. You will not need liquid cooling for that CPU - you can use the stock cooler that comes with the CPU.
