what is the best among this two??

for palit gtx750 ti storm x dual
i will try overclocking my gpu. but i need new psu
my psu right now is cooler master thunder 450w

Neither both are very poor.

EVGA if you had to choose.

The EVGA is a good budget unit, the same can not be said about the Aerocool.

As said they are budget units http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=351 nothing wrong with this scoring! They are fine if not loaded to the max which will not happen with GTX750Ti regardless of how high it is OC.
