Best CPU and RAM combination that money can buy

Hello,
I plan to buy a gaming computer and I'm wondering what the fastest and best build is. I need as much quality processing speed and efficient RAM as I can get. I wrote "best...that money can buy," but the truth is my budget is between $7,000 to $11,000 (USD).

You will have to research an optimal balance between number of cores and clock speed. Analyzing chess sounds like a very parallel task. For your budget, you can probably maximize compute power by using gpu instances of Amazon EC2.
If you really want your own machine, you should be looking at the Xeon e5 26xx series of CPUs. Look for the workstation chips to maximize performance.
You will also want a number of GPU/compute cards. You will need to research what will work best for your sort of analysis.
