Recently when playing Guild Wars 2 for 20 minutes to 1 hour I either get a Grey screen with static noise or the game crashes and I cant see my HDD in the Computer window.

This problem ONLY happens with Guild Wars 2.

System Specifications:

Windows 7 Ultimate service pack 1
CPU: i7-3770k
GPU : Palit GTX 660ti
Motherboard: Intel DZ75ML-45K
120 GB Kingston SSD
1 TB HDD
550W Iball PSU

Steps I've taken to Rule out problems:

Run Prime95 and Furmark both individually and together for over 1-2 hours each. No Thermal Issues.
Memtest86 on both my ram sticks together for 10 passes
Re-downloaded the game and re-installed it.
Disabled a lot of non microsoft services to see if that's causing any issues.
I have also clean installed the Nvidia Drivers using the Safe Mode and Driver Sweeper Method.
De-Fragmented all my partitions and drives.

At this point I do not know what more I can do to solve this issue. Please help.

Hey there, Akikage12!

I'd suggest you to check for any updates on the SATA drivers as well, just in case you could reinstall them as well.
Another thing you should do is check your HDD manufacturer's website for their diagnostics tool to test the drive for any issues. You could even share the results of the S.M.A.R.T. status on the HDD. In case your manufacturer doesn't have such a utility, here's a thread with several suggestions: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility

Keep me posted! :)

UPDATE

Game support recently made me change the directory and repair the game client at first I thought this fixed my issue as the game ran for 5 hours straight with no issue. A day later however the grey screen computer freeze re appeared.

Further Steps Taken:

I took out my ram and ran them individually. The crashes have not stopped.

A new 750W PSU will arrive in 5 days so I can test that out.

Ran "SeaTools" my drives passed every test.

Therefore I am leaning towards the PSU as being the source of the problem. Will keep this thread updated.

I have ordered a new PSU gold rated 750W. My doubt was that if the PSU fails under gaming load shouldn't it also fail while running Furmark and Prime95 together for a couple of hours? Is it possible that this is still a software issue?

It is totally possible that a software problem is causing this as well.
The best way to rule that one out would be a clean re-installation of Windows or to use System Restore and take the OS to a previous state, when it was working properly.
I'd maybe consider taking the computer to a professional computer services where they will be able to perform complete diagnostics on the rig and test every component. I believe those guys will be able to tell you if the problem is hardware or software-related. And if it is, in fact, a hardware issue - which component is failing.

If only that was an option in this country. I find that Toms hardware is usually the best place for these issues. I'll try a clean install if the PSU doesn't resolve the issue.

UPDATE.
A few days after posting here my computer refused to boot. Fans would spin for half a second and then stop spinning. I had already ordered my new PSU so I installed it and everything works fine except my game still crashes randomly. Someone told me it might still be a motherboard issue. I have also noticed a few other symptoms.

Sometimes when i boot my PC my ethernet cable seems to be disconnected.
Sound also crashes in Guild wars 2 and I dont have a sound card I connect straight to the Mobo.
