Is my corsair tx650 a v2 version?

I bought a non-modualr corsair tx650 psu from a buddy to use in a future rig. I tested it with the paperclip test; the fan only spinned up for 1 sek then stopped spinning. I also connected it to an old desktop pc and the psu powered the pc fine, but the fan didnt spinn. I have read that the tx650 v2 versions fan only spinns when you use 50% + of the power. But i dont know if my version is v2, since i didnt buy it and I dont have the original box. On a sticker on the psu it says "model=75-001315". Is this the v2 version or nah, cause if it isnt i have to buy a new one

There were 3 versions of that unit. You have a V3 although it's not labeled as such. It was made by CWT.

I'm not sure about he fan on that particular model but it's the same platform as the Corsair GS if that helps.
