What version of 8.1 to buy for a newly built computer?

Greetings
The parts are arriving for my first computer build.
But I am having a problem to understand the difference between 8.1 64bit OEM, 8.1 version complete, 8.1 Pro OEM etc etc
The prices vary considerably on Amazon
I want to do a clean installation on a empty SSD and it must be 64 Bit

I would just go with a basic 64 bit single language you just need the basic 8.1 for gaming and general use if you do 4k video editing then you will use the other functions.

Microsoft Windows 8.1, 64bit, Single Language, DSP thats what im using
