Hi!
For a couple of months now my computer has been running at a speed equivalent to that of a snail...
This happened overnight: one day all was well the next it couldn't perform the simplest of tasks.
When i turn my computer on and go in the task manager it says that my cpu is being used at 100% (JUST WHEN I TURNED IT ON?!!!?)
Then after what feels like 5 minutes my physical memory starts to shoot up (being used at 80-90-100%)
The programs that seem to do this are iexplorer.exe (even though i don't use ie explorer) win.32* and svchost.exe( uses over 3g of memory!!)
What is causing this?!?
Is there a way to fix it ? (Without having to go to a computer repair shop?)
Is this the Allureon virus?
Is it even a virus at all or is it a hardware malfunction?
Please help me, my computer can't even execute the simplest of tasks (nothing happens when i click on an icon since it's too slow to process my command !!)
Help! :(
Here are some photos to help you help me...

Solution
This could be a few things, but as it happened over night sounds like malware or a very resource heavy program.
Do an anti virus scan and anti spyware scan, I use superantispyware, malware bytes and eset
Secondly go into your msconfig ( click start and type msconfig ) go to startup and disable any programs that you don't NEED to startup, disable things like Skype, etc.
Then restart your computer as prompted

Also what cpu are you running and how much ram do you have?

I have an intel core i5-2410M CPU @2.30GHz

Ram: 6GB
Windows 64bit

As for scanning its taking a long time but my SuperAntispyware found 72 adware threats i'm currently running a scan with malwarbytes anti malware

Malware bytes detects 10 items (9 adware and 1 trojan) but i have to wait for the scan to finish to remove them and that takes to long so the computer freezes :( also i have done the msconfig thing and i realised that this program called legilasoruu re enables itself! Any ideas?
